This Gurdwara is there to mark the occasion when Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place in 1670 A.D. while on this way to Delhi from Anandpur Sahib. It is believed that the village was in the grip of skin disease. Guruji sat under a banyan tree adjacent to a pond. He put his feet in the pond and spoke out that anyone who takes bath in this pond will be cured of disease. Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Devi Ji and Martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji are organised here
